AIA POLICY
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Tuition is refundable. $100 registration fee and book fees are NON-refundable.

Students must fill out and submit an Early Withdrawal & Refund Request Form.
AIA will give students refunds within 45 days of receiving the Request Form.
AIA will refund all tuition before the term starts if 1) visa application is denied
2) an AIA program is cancelled 3) student does not attend as planned.

The first four weeks of tuition are not refundable. 
If a student withdraws during the first four weeks of the term, AIA will keep
4 weeks of the total tuition and the student will receive the rest as a refund.
Students who withdraw during weeks 5-8 of a term may receive
partial refunds based on the length of the term (see chart).
Students who withdraw after week 8 of a term will not receive a refund.

Registration fee waived for each subsequent, consecutive term if you choose to remain at AIA beyond your first 8-week term.
